Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

As we work with trusted international suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.

Shipping Delays

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by South African customs authorities.
Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.
While many orders are delivered without additional charges, customs requirements vary depending on the value of the order, the product category, and current import regulations. We cannot guarantee whether additional fees will apply.
Any delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control and may affect the estimated delivery time.
