What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase simply contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Our checkout is secure and encrypted for your safety.

Can i modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed, modification may not be possible.

Do you ship internationally?

No, MiaCos ships exclusively within South Africa, manufactured products are imported from other countries.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes between 10-21 business days since products are imported from international countries.

Can i track my order?

Yes, you can track your order with a tracking number provided once dispatched using 'Track Your Order'.
